That can happen to anyone: You buy something with full confidence, only to realize afterward that the product does not meet your expectations.
No problem! For all items purchased online from Musik-Ebert, we grant you, as a consumer (in accordance with § 13 BGB), a 14-day right of withdrawal – no ifs or buts.
The only exceptions are items that have been custom-made according to your specifications (e.g., custom cases), consumable goods, or products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons (e.g., reeds for woodwind instruments that have already been used by you) or due to licensing restrictions (e.g., software that you have registered).
If you are not completely satisfied with a product purchased from Musik-Ebert, please contact us, and we will initiate the return process for you. The return shipping costs are to be covered by the buyer:

- Stage piano / stand / bulky goods: €25.00
- Digital piano (shipping company): €199.00
- Acoustic piano / hybrid piano: €699.00
Please ensure that the item is returned in its original packaging, with all included accessories, and without any signs of use.
